Dr Giso Mobayen (Dr. G) Dentist & Facial Aesthetician
Giso graduated from the Karolinska Institutet in Stockholm. Her passion for cosmetic dentistry started during her time studying in KI Stockholm, where she was able to learn from leading experts in the field.
She worked in Sweden before moving to London in 2003, where prevention plays a very large role in dentistry.
She has attended many courses in aesthetic and restorative dentistry as well as short-term cosmetic orthodontics.

She has trained with the industry’s most prestigious academies and professionals in London’s Harley Street – and has mastered the art of facial aesthetic and injectable beauty procedures.
​
Understanding the unique mapping of each clients face, Dr G prides herself on providing both facial rejuvenation and cosmetic dentistry to deliver truly undetectable, bespoke, natural-looking results.
Her aim is to provide the very best in patient care in an environment that is relaxing and inviting.

Away from the surgery Dr G enjoys family time, socialising with friends, travelling and exploring the world. She also loves cycling when it’s nice weather but her passion is scuba diving.
Mr Ardeshir (Andy) Lashgarara
Andy is the bitting heart of our clinic. His background is in Electrical engineering and business management with years of experience from Ericsson and IBM multinational networking and telecommunications company in Sweden and later on in the UK working with his love on creating amazing dental practices and managing them.
At Minty Pearls he runs the family dental clinic with Dr G.
His expertise in management, his technical skills and sense of humour makes every day life easier for our staff and patients.
In his spare time, Andy enjoys travelling and meeting people.
He is an excellent cook and loves cooking for his family and friends as well as relaxing by listening to music and watching world cinema movies.
Iwona Rytlewska
Iwona is not only an excellent dental nurse but she is an experienced beauty therapist.
She is a qualified and GDC registered dental nurse and oral health educator, she joined Minty Pearls in 2011
.
She is multitasking and has completed multiple postgraduate courses.

She worked as a beauty therapist since 2005 alongside dental nursing.
​
She is very passionate about the beauty industry and products as well as aesthetic medicine.
​
Currently studying Cosmetology and working as a dental nurse as well as a beauty therapist at Minty Pearls.
She has a constant need for continuous development to systematically raise the standard of service.
In her spare time, Iwona enjoys family time, sport, cooking and socialising with friends.
